Try it now, he was seeding earlier. It took 20 minutes for me to download it. Make sure you use the updated version though.

This can be achieved by editing the em4.cfg. This file can be found in the main directory for EM4. Be sure to make a backup before editing this file (or for that fact any file you are modifying). Standard disclosure, I am not responsible for your actions or the modifications you use based off of this forum post and/or any other forum posted made by myself or anyone.

These four lines (the strike through lines are just place holders, to give you reference) handle the camera (at least to my knowledge)

<var name="e4_maxcampitch" value="74." />

<var name="e4_maxcamz" value="2850" />

<var name="e4_maxvideotextures" value="4" />

<var name="e4_mbfastcopy" value="1" />

<var name="e4_mincampitch" value="47." />

<var name="e4_mincamz" value="1400." />

What I was using months ago when I played EM4. You may want to adjust the values to better suit you. T

<var name="e4_maxcampitch" value="60." />

<var name="e4_maxcamz" value="7000" />

<var name="e4_maxvideotextures" value="4" />

<var name="e4_mbfastcopy" value="1" />

<var name="e4_mincampitch" value="20." />

<var name="e4_mincamz" value="100." />

The pitch controls how much angle you have. Use caution when editing this file, make a backup! And you are hereby warned that zooming out can cause computer performance issues (read: laggy as hell). Also, whenever you click on a call, it resets the camera view/angle, so you will have to zoom back or out to your preferred settings.

Hope this helps!
