The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Some people will still use 0.2b until all the plugins are updated to work on 0.3.

OP: some users have said in the past that you can download the other versions if you go to the LSPDFR download page, press "see changelog" and choose 0.2b, there is a download button maybe? (can't really confirm this as staff have different permissions and what not). That being said if you have any issues with 0.2b we can't provide support as it's an outdated version

I will check that. Also with 0.3 it crashes on startup any ideas why no plugins/car mods
