Try removing   Arrest manager, Police Radio and Trafic Policer  and seeing if the issues go away

Go inside the Documentation folder and there are instructions on how to install the Plugin.

Read that first so you know what to move and where to move it to

Technically you can just drag and drop everything except for the documentation folder, but I always tell people to read the instructions first..

You do not need the Documentation Folder though

ok then drag them and drop them into your GTA V Root folder.. Sorry I edited my comments as at first I misunderstood what you were attempting to do..

Just do that plugin first, don't add in the others yet until you can confirm its working

When you launch RagePluginHook does it ask you if you want to unblock some files? If so, make sure you are clicking yes...

first, i added the Trafic Policer, but the same error, Then a deleted the plugin and added the Arrest Manager, and the same error...

Don't add in any other Plugins yet.. Just Run his troubleshooter and see if it finds any errors.

I was really hoping you would do those 3 Plugins 1 at a time.. Load 1, test 1 before you add em all back in

I do not know what to do. The plugins on 0.2 LSPDFR are okay. I can play this plugins on 0.2 . But with 0.3 i cant...

Okay here is my suggestion to you.. Uninstall Grand Theft Auto V completely.. Reinstall it to your E Drive where you have more space.. or free up space on your C drive and reinstall to there.. Either way you just need to do a complete uninstall and reinstall keeping everything together. I think the issue is you have stuff all over the place and it's a mess.. Best to reinstall and it should solve all of your issues..

Sorry I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but it happens and has happened to other people.

You're just going to have to sit tight.. A new update hasn't been uploaded yet and that error is due to high server traffic.. looks like it's been shut down for the time being.. All of this is being worked on atm.

Okay. im calmer =). But i cant play LSPDFR because when i run the RPH.exe , before the install the patch of GTAV its said: There are a new version of RPH. But now, all the time its show this.. =(. I have to wait for them to fix the problem on the website and then download the new version of RPH?

Yes you have to wait. I do not know how long it will take to update. The developer had computer problems yesterday so I doubt he worked on it yesterday, but it's back up and running now so it could be today or Saturday, or Sunday. I have no clue what is involved in the difficulty programming code and how much needs to be changed. Just be patient you will be up and running before you know it

Yes! The same. I just downloaded the new RPH version 0.35, but all the times RPH is crashing! =(

The developer is working on fixing the issue.. I don't have any further information at this moment.
