In the meantime based off just that 1 screenshot of the LSPDFR Folder you have files in there that actually go into the Plugins Folder and not the LSPDFR Folder

BreathalyzerRAGE.dll and BreathalyzerRAGE.ini

VehicleSearch.dll and VehicleSearch.ini

PedSearch.dll and PedSearch.ini

SpeedRadar.ini is in there but I don't see SpeedRadar.dll either you removed it or the .dll is sitting in the Plugins Folder and SpeedRadar.ini belongs in Plugins as well

CopHolster.dll and CopHolster.ini

TrafficControl.dll and TrafficControl.ini

OverlayAway.dll

 

So to recap all of those files you see above belong in the Plugins Folder not in the Plugins/LSPDFR Folder

What do you mean ? Bugged  on another note PoliceRadio.dll should be in the LSPDFR Folder, the one sitting in your Plugins Folder

Your Plugins Folder looks off.. There are files in there I have no clue how they got in there.

 

cursor_32_2 and DefaultSkin should be sitting in your main gtav directory, not in the Plugins Folder..

Can you show me a screenshot of just your Main GTAV Directory?

I cant use police radio, Trafic Police and Arrest Manager . Police radio ( screenshot ). I cant use the police radio because this said: The police radio need 0.34 RPH and its detected 0.32

And the Trafic police ant Arrest Manager : Albo version...

Please, i dont know i cant use this plugins.

Did you move the PoliceRadio.dll back into the LSPDFR Folder?

Delete the 2 shortcut icons you have sitting in your main GTAV ..

Is this your only Grand Theft Auto V Folder? You don't have another sitting somewhere else as well, do you?

Is this a valid copy of Grand Theft Auto V ? meaning not a cracked or pirated version

You should have a Rockstar Games Folder and sitting inside that Folder should be a Social Club Folder and your Grand Theft Auto V Folder.. where is your Rockstar Games folders at ?

So your Grand Theft Auto V Folder should be sitting in the Rockstar Games folder next to the Social Club Folder.. Check your C: Drive to make sure you don't have a Rockstar Games Folder sitting in there..

Okay take your Grand Theft Auto V Folder and move it from where you have it sitting now and put it in the Rockstar Games Folder you have on your C: Drive so it looks like this

screenshot that for me when you are done moving it so I can see Grand Theft Auto V and Social Club Folders sitting next to each other in the Rockstar Games Folder, just like I have mine in that screenshot above (So we are clear here, you aren't putting it in the Social Club Folder, you are putting it in the Rockstar Games Folder)

Make sure you move that whole folder, don't copy and paste it, just move the entire folder, it might take a few minutes to move it.

I cant move because i dont have more place =( in C Driva, but i have 2Tb on E Drive. Can i move the Rockstar Folder into the E and then the gtav?

I am not a 100% certain about this as you are technically suppose to keep it where you originally installed Grand Theft Auto V

Is it possible to move other files from C to E? You can try if you want to try, but I will not say that I know if it will work or not.. At this point if you don't want to move files from C to E to create more space, then I would say uninstall Grand Theft Auto V and reinstall it to your E drive where you have more space.. I just do not know if that would be an issue moving from where it is originally installed to another Drive..

I just don't want to tell you that moving it from C to E will work without uninstalling and reinstalling because in all honesty I do not know if that would work, but you can try to just move the folder from C to E and see what happens. Please do that on your own free will.. If it doesn't work, then worst case you just uninstall and reinstall Grand Theft Auto V to the E drive or free up space on your C..

Does everything else function when playing LSPDFR? or does LSPDFR just not work at all?

Try removing   Arrest manager, Police Radio and Trafic Policer  and seeing if the issues go away
