I don't know what the hell keeps causing this though I hope you can maybe figure out, Post FX is on high, I can post full graphics settings if needed but this keeps happening no matter what model.. Hopefully someone can help, Thanks.

Can you explain more? I don't see anything wrong in the screenshots...

To be honest with you I don't really understand your question. Do you mind re-explaining the issue? I see that you uploaded and shared some screenshots but it is not really clear what your issue/problem is. If you are trying to edit/config your graphics make sure that you go to your settings (in-game) and disable 'Recommended Settings'. This will allow you to change your settings. Whatever the issue is I hope you can get it resolved asap!

The problem is the lightbar texture on the vehicle, It seems like it's just blank with no colors and all and aren't displaying what they're meant to show-.. Not emitting any source of lights off of them or anything.. Hopefully you can understand a bit better.

I see what you mean now. To be honest I have not seen this issue before so its kinda hard to say what to do. Ill be more than happy to do some research for you and ill let you know if I can find a fix for this.

I had this issue but the light bars looked nice on some cars (stock light bars) like this https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/la-county-sheriff-chevrolet-suburban

but it looked terrible on cars with modded light bars like this
