i had to totally reinstall gta5 because it kept crashing and then i also reinstalled all my mods everything works fine until i tried to add vehicles to it doesn't matter what vehicles it wont let me add any says game is corrupt

Have you verfied your game files? If you have steam version, right click on GTA v go to properties, then local files tab, at the bottom click verify game cache. That will download any missing files.

If you have non steam version, go into GTA v game directory, scroll down to "playgtav.exe* right click it, then click create shortcut. It should place this on the desktop. Go to it right click it, then where it says target, add this on the end

Make sure there is a space between .exe and -

This will then verify your files and download any corrupt ones

yes i have verified the files all were accounted for and it is a steam version

Have you correctly installed the carvariations.meta and vehicles.meta files that came with each car mod you installed?

yes I went exactly by what the instructions and nothing seems to work and these are the same vehicles Ive had installed before nothing seems to work

I just retried it again went exactly by the instructions same thing says the game is corrupt doesn't care about any other mods but as soon as i try and put vehicles in it crashes

Just out of curiosity, are you using a mods folder? 

No I don't use a mods folder never have and have never had a problem before

I do appreciate the help btw

Might be worth trying using a mods folder. I know you haven't had issues before, but might be worth a shot. If it doesn't work, then I'm at a loss mate
