As soon as i start gta with the Rage luancher i get crash popups, but the game still works. On the FAQ they said that i should press F4 and typ a command, but when i press F4 nothing happens.

Im not using any mods and all of the LSPDFR files were in my gtav folder.I cheked an counted.

Like @Boshy said, you are using the wrong version of ragepluginhook. Make sure you use his link but scroll down to RPH 0.30 not RPH 0.31 because RPH 0.31 is crashing everyone's game.
