Deep snow.

Featured Replies

Hello forums

I seen in the lspdfr videos there is a snow mod that is active and the snow is really deep and the vehicles leave tire tracks and it looks as though the vehicles have 20-50% less traction. I really want to set this up. I already have the rage plugin hook thing set up. Where do I go from here?

I also have the snowmod, which makes the levels snowy, but snow is not deep and vehicles aren't slidey enough.

THANKS!

I believe you can make it deeper by adjusting some sort of level in the config. To make cars more slidey press the button left to the 1 and type in snowday.

The mod is just like that. You can't make it deeper unfortunately.

How is it deeper on his videos then? Maybe he's got his graphics up higher than I do

Already got the snowday mod. Doesn't appear to make them slidey and the slidey cheat is waaay to slidey and it only applies to my own vehicle.

Thanks for replies though.

For now its that or nothing I quess.. You could perhaps try some diffrent handling mods and see if that makes it any better. I personally like to use the semi-realistic vehicle physics mod.

Could you link the semi-realistic physics mod to me?

Sadly I know what you mean by the snow. Similar to how when you go to North Yankton. It was super snowy, with your car plowing through snow and the characters animations are completely different. It's insanity and I don't know why it's not in the regular missions. My only guess is it's due to level design. That snow is actually BUILT into the map and has some sort of unique coding for characters and vehicles.
