'IsDeveloperModeEnabled'

I have been looking everywhere possible to find a fix and havent found much I and I have not been able to find a fix. LSPDFR is the only mod installed and still continues to crashes when ragehook is loading in the plugins.

Install version 29 and override the files in your main directory, worked for me
