I'm searching a mod to recruit any people by targeting it (or not). So it follows me,enters into my car and defends me. I searched on Internet but I didn't find. Can you help me ?

Use Simple Trainer, I believe it has the option to spawn bodyguard to follow you, enter in your car, and even defend you.
