I have had this working with no problems before. But I removed the game and reinstalled and now I cant get RC2 to install again.

I get the following error screen

any ideas?

Have you tried running the installer as an admin (right-click on the installer .exe file and press "Run as Admin"), as well as making sure that the new GTA IV game folders are not read-only? To do this, right-click on the root game folder, then look for the category "Attributes," uncheck "Read-only," and apply it to all folders. This usually solves the "FileAccess" error that you are encountering for most people.
