Title explains it kind of. 

I need to downgrade my GTA version to 1.0.393 because ragepluginhook doesn't support 1.0.505? You can see what game version RPH supports here http://docs.ragepluginhook.net/html/70f3cec0-baa8-47b7-8816-8056649e9dbd.htm

Basically I just need to know how to downgrade it back to 1.0.393 so I can get rageplugin to work. This isn't a steam version. It's retail (on the disc)

 

Edit: Didn't run it as administrator and it worked..?

I don't think that documentation is up to date. For any more RAGEPluginHook issues, you'll have to post on the forum, like the page said before you even posted this topic.
