to let you know I have no problems running lspdr and police radio-callouts -more callouts . only thing is I notice everytime  I go to change a police car texture or add a police car mod. and play it with no problem and stop. and go play it again that's when the updates start. is there anything I can do to play with different car mods. I run windows 7. tried the support about how to stop the updates but that didn't work .try blocking rockstar but you have to be on line to verify lspdfr.  so anyway  I can play using mods without the update that take them out
