Hi.

GTA V Crashes while loading (specifically when it gets to the police lights / siren part). 
Here is all of my information:

I have tried to reinstall the game, I have uninstalled the redistributables and re-installed them, I have downloaded the SlimDX Runtime 4.0 (x64) from the site, etc.
I am running Windows 10 & the game is the steam version ; game runs fine when NOT launched via RPH. When I run RPH, it is w/ Admin privileges. 

Any questions - please ask and I'll respond ASAP.

I have tried to re-download the 2015 redistributables, as well. 

 

 

Not sure if this helps, but NativeTrainer works fine (when launching via Steam GTA App)

Have you read this post Fight? Just a shot in the dark but do you have any AV that could potentially creating a false positive? Maybe try deactivating it temporarily and try rerunning it to see what results you get.

Please remove slimdx.dll and copy the one provided in the RAGE Plugin Hook .zip archive.

Yes, I have disabled both my AV and Firewall when launching the game. No luck.

Alright, I will make sure that the SlimDX.dll file is the one from the RPH .zip archive and will reply back with results, even though I'm pretty sure I'm using that one. Thank you! :)

Okay, I replaced the file from a freshly downloaded archive, however I am unable to test (due to the new version). What are the odds that my game may work with the next patch? Is it possible that it just had something to do with this version?

Hey man I haven't replied to this thread because you seem to have done everything right and I don't know why the mod isn't working for you. I remember you had a VC++ redist issue where it wasn't installing correctly, but you seem to have fixed that. Maybe you can share how you did that? I hate to ask since your LSPDFR isn't working but you seem to be on the right track. Sorry I can't add much more than that.

I fixed that issue by removing a corrupt .dll (I forgot the name) file in system32 and ran the redistributable installer once again - which seemed to work. My game still crashes, however, even with the latest version. Log will be posted below

So apparently this is the error:

Does this mean that I am still on .NET Framework v4.0? I'm on Windows 10 and whenever I go to install 4.6 and whatnot, it says I have the latest version and won't let me install. How can I go about fixing that?^

 

 

EDIT: My registry key for the NET Framework Release "DWORD" is 393295, which is .NET Framework 4.6 installed with Windows 10

The log you posted says that no other plugins where loaded at the time which leads me to believe this is more than likely a RagePluginHook issue, posting on their forums should help you get an answer a lot quicker from the Developers and Members of the forums over on that site.
