Here is my advanced hook log from my GTA 4 directory. I am having the game crash every 10-20 mins as you can see the times; at 21:8 i launched GTA 4 and at 21:26 the game crashes and "an exception occured" clearly led to this happening. Please could someone reply and try to tell me what this exception occurred means. 

20/30 minutes? In GTA IV thats pretty much a lifetime.
