The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

i've been using LSPDFR for quite a while. and i read about that new mod "The pinnacle of V" is there a way to tell the compatibility of it, i know it changes the AI of GTA5, but will they work together or not??

they work, however the last time i tried it... one of the programs that it uses is a little glitchy with ragehook. and also, it is not new by any means, maybe it had  a huge update

Edit: also the last time i used it (maybe a month or so ago) it had a green tint, that is the reason i stopped using it
