I just added this car:

followed all the instructions. I went on duty at the police station, when I had to choose my car it wasn't there..

Do I need to manually spawn it in via maybe RageHook console? If so, what do I need to type or do. Please help

I just installed LSPDFR, so I'm not sure on how you do this

Added cars aren't supported by LSPDFR (yet). Review the readme to figure out how you can spawn said car. 

You can spawn cars with the RPH with either these commands; 

spawn <name of vehicle> (Spawns the car infront of player)
SpawnAndWarp <name of vehicle> (Spawns into the car)

I have no idea, you'll have to consult the readme.

I've got it working, thank you so much! I have one last question, I took 2 hours downloading all these mods etc, does rage hook and all the mods update by themselves?
