Hello. I install the ELV mode and the ELV's CVPI, but when i trying the lightbar, the lights are white and dim. Whats the problem? I used Raindance V enchancement mod.

Make sure that you installed the Radiance Mod V correctly and make sure that in game your post FX are on high or ultra or they will look like the lights in your your photos

The Post FX setting is High and the lights work in another cars.
 

 

 

Im not sure then mate, that problem isnt anything to do with EVL its something to do with the actual settings. Lots of people had it to start off with, the fix was to edit the visual settings and to make sure post FX was on high. Open OpenIV and use it to make sure that your visualsettings.dat has been changed in the update.rpf.

 

It shoud to work. But don't. I clueless. The other CVPI mods it work who not use ELV. :S

Also can you send me a picture of your ingame settings.

Your Post Fx doesn't seem to be working properly as your emissive textures do not have any bit of glow on them.

Try using one of the settings files within the Radiance V.

It maybe happened because of installing the cosmetic mod not properly, it happened to me few weeks ago, removed it completely and installed step by step. Although, you must have to use the settings that given in the RAR archive I think.
