The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So, I launch GTA V, and I see RPH is on the loading screen and everything. But, when the game finally starts, I see no police station/jail points. It all started when I installed the radio and police radar. Before I installed them it was working fine, then it stopped. I removed the mods, and it's the same problem. I have the latest version of LSPDFR and RageHook. Also, the only mod that I know have installed is https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav.

It doesn't look like any plugins are loading. To make things easy and load all of your RPH plugins on startup, open startup.rphs with notepad or something similar, type ReloadAllPlugins and save. If there is anything in that file already, delete it.
