LCPDFR 1.1 would not start for me on Windows 10. So i installed dx9 figured that what was stopping it from starting. Now the game will not load (securelauncher failed start 2000) I tried to delete and install the microsoft +++ visual tools that were needed but still have the same problem. Does anyone have any suggestions, Or should i just revert back to windows 7

 

Edit just found out i might have posted this in the wrong place. can someone please foward it to the right place?
