The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So the Plugin hook crashes every time when  I start GTA 5. I have GTA V retail version without any other mods installed and newest version of LSPDFR. And Windows 8.1 64 bit. Heres my log:
