Hello!

I am experiencing a strange critical issue with the plugin hook so to ask for support on this thing I have set up an account on their forum to post a support request.

Unfortunately my topics seem to be lost somewhere as after two tries in three days they never appeared on the actual forum and there is no further information on them although I recall I once found a way to view them through my profile.

Actually google finds a topic about an issue that looks very similar to mine but after clicking on the link it turns out that topic was deleted or something.

Does anyone know do I get any of my posts to appear on the support forum for people to see?

Or am I doing anything wrong about it?

Are there any other ways out there to get technical support for the plugin hook?

What if I post a support topic here on this forum on the disclaimer that I do realise that it is not official support?
