Hello! And sorry for my English cause I'm Russian man. So, watching some YouTube series which is called 'Hoe to turn a regular car to Police CVPI', I saw him setting up the siren speaker and something like control panel. I don't really know how it's called in English. Here it is:

I'd LOVE to have such abillity in the game. To change siren tones MANUALLY. Not randomly by the horn key. I don't know anything about scripting but I don't think It's hard to make such a script or plugin. If you are interested in that, please let me know! That is all for now. Hope seeing this mod! Thanks!
