So i downloaded a bunch of mods and to make this short everything works fine but i dont remember which one is the one when you walk up to the car after pulling someone over you are able to ask if they have been drinking, drugs in the car, etc..

    i checked the page its Finekones, thanks, didnt see any keys for the observation window in the read me maybe im blind
