to be more exact .

I use my handphone to record the siren in Youtube . and when i open out the sound in my Computer . its say the sound is in AMR format . So i download and Use the sound Converter to change from AMR to WAV format . and i Use audacity . and after that i open the ivaud1,15 editor and i open the sparkiv . i extract the resident.rpf and Horns.ivaud out . i open out my IVaud editor . and i right click on the horns.ivaud and right click select replace files . and the error come out saying

C:// user ...... Policesiren is not a valid PCM audio file . btw fyi i have convert the amr file to the wav format .
