So i have downloaded the Speed Radar plugin and now. and placed it inside my gta folder. Now when im loading into the world it says "Loaded Plugin Speed Radar" But no longer loads LSPDFR! at all!

Hold shift when launching RagePluginHook.exe and hold it until you see a settings box. Make sure "enable Plugin Verification" is not checked. Go to plugins tab, check all the plugins you want to load automatically or alternatively check 'load all plugins at startup'.
