Hi I am new to the mod so excuse what may seem a stupid question, I have been on basic patrols but on a youtube video of lspdfr I saw partners, coroner, roadblocks... all cool features, is any of this included in the mod or do I have to download and add manually?

Those are plugins for LSPDFR, check out the download section, they'll all be there.

I know HEROCOP plugin has k9 and humans partners, as well as other features.

Thanks guys I downloaded the partner mod and police radio mod that kirgaya said, do I extract all files to the Plugins > lspdfr folder?

Read the readme that comes with the file you downloaded. Some plugins (such as Police Radio) go in Plugins\LSPDFR while others just go in Plugins.
