Windows 7 Professional? Home Premium? 64 or 32 bit? (To find this: start > right-click my computer > select "properties" under "System" it will say "System type:" and there will be your answer)

This may or may not assist Tom H (or others) however it will assist in clarification of the Windows 7 operating system you are using.
