The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Can someone give me the original visualsettings.dat ?

I need the latest version's unedited ( LOW RIDER DLC PLEASE) visualsettings.dat for GTA V, please. I forgot to make a back-up ...

If you have GTA 5 for steam go to

Library -> right click gta5 --> Properties --> Local Files --> Verify game

Let this do its thing and it should work.
