The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Go to Control Panel and Programs and Features and make sure you verify these are in the install list

Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x64 

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)

To access the RagePluginHook Config Console.. Launch RageHook and the second you do, Hold down the left Shift button and it should open up in about 10-15 seconds.. Then go to the Plugins Tab and see if there is a checkmark next to the LSPD First Response

I never did ask you this, but have you tried just launch GTAV normal.. not with RageHook.. Just want to make sure normal is working

Also, have you tried to run the file integrity checker for GTAV on Steam?

By the looks of it, you're using an outdated version of RagePluginHook with your current version of GTA V. 0.20 was included within LSPDFR 0.2 when it was first released back when GTA V was at an earlier version, since then 0.20 doesn't work with GTA V, so you will need to upgrade that to the latest version (which i think is 0.28) for RPH to work with GTA V.

And no to what you said above.

Does your GTA crash or does LSPDFR crash?

if GTA crashes and goes to your desktop then chances are a file or something is corrupt so you'll have to either reinstall your game or do the verify game cache option with Steam.
