The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Maybe someone can help me here...

When i have a modded update folder (the one with update.rpf and x64 folder) in my mods folder ( where you have, for example "X64e.rpf, x64 folder, x64a.rpf, x64i.rpf) and i launch my game, abouot 20-25 seconds after i click the option to go into story mode, my game crashes for no reason.  once i take that folder out, it is fine.  IDK if it is something with OpenIV, or something with RagePluginHook.  Hopefully, someone can help me as soon as they can so i can put my ford explorer police car back in.  :(  ~OfficerTdmfan750

It's because your launcher and game files are trying to load 1 version but the modified RPF packages are for the older version that you installed the mods on.

While the mods folder is great for quickly uninstalling them, you now need to replace the RPF files in the mods folder and reinstall any mods you had to have them work on the updated version.
Alternatively you can backdate your EXE's and carry on with the old version.

Sorry it has taken me so long to update you of the situation.  I reinstalled all of the modded files with new clean ones and reinstalled all of my mods and it worked.  thank you sooo much for your help!  :D
