I'm on 8.1 and both my x64 and x86 have the exact same version.

Seems that your x64 is the issue.

And it won't let you uninstall it via Programs and Features?

You could try using something like CCleaner to uninstall it. I've used CCleaner for years and found it safe to use but as always, you use it at your own risk.

Not sure if it'll let you as I've never tried.

I can uninstall it (and install it) without errors, but if you compare the size of the installations (in Program Files) - yours is 13mb while mine is 927kb (~1mb).

And assuming the version number stays the same? I'm stumped and out of ideas other than uninstalling > restart > install > restart (which you've probably done a thousand times by now) is try it again but in safe mode.

I know getting into safe mode in win8 is a tad tricky, not sure about win10

Someone said to try 26. I tried 27/latest. Same crash on both. Game acts like it's launching, then immediately crashes.

once that happened to me and i found out it was because a line of code in the vehicles.meta file was messed up. If you really want to you can verify game integrity and reinstall lspdfr

I scanned for game integrity via Steam and checked for file integrity on my OS (sfc /scannow) in the Command Prompt.

Also tried re-installing LSPDFR several times :(

The $10 (USD/via PayPal) still stands. If you solve my problem, I'll pay :) 

Same error is occurring with RPH v0.28 

 

I have to believe it's something to do with my PC, not RageHook.

Could any developer give feedback please?
