The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey, ive installed the latest lspdfr on the latest gta 5 update, and its installs, the rage hook plugin opens, and the game opens, I click story mode, and the mod isnt working/turned on i guess. If you could help me it would be great! Thanks

Make sure that your have installed the latest version of RPH as the version that comes with LSPDFR is an outdated one.
