What purpose does the deer serve?

Deers are cheaper to pay than humans.. So the SAHP started to hire deers to work for them. pretty affective considering if one is killed, rather than mourning the loss of an officer.. it's a free barebeque for the SAHP :D

    All the jokes beside, It's symbolic for " deer in the headlight" kind of thing as deer frequently are road kills. Not everyone is a deep thinker I guess. Anybody who works on the front line will know the danger they have working on the roads and the lack of attentive drivers.

    Oh. We don't exactly have deer over here (there are some but I've never seen one ever) so it made no sense to me, lol.
