This skin has been done for Gta 4 and would really like to see it in Gta V. I think it gives the sheriff a more darker and cooler look. White to me is just kind of boring. So if anyone would like create this texture you would be absolutely amazing for doing so! If you need ideas on what it looks like I have pics (not the greatest angles or clear pics) and someone also did this which was perfect only some of the textures the tan color or base color was a little off.
