Try removing all of your modifications (including LSPDFR) and see if Rage starts up by itself.

Try removing all of your modifications (including LSPDFR) and see if Rage starts up by itself.

Rage starts up it is just when I launch LSPDFR.

try to remove Speed radar and spotlight mod 

and you can use Police Radio without worries

Also, you said "it only happens when I launch LSPDFR" are you loading the plugin in the console?

Just for science, have you tried RPH v0.26?

I am using RPH v0.27.759.5247 and I let it load automatically. 

So it basicallyon LSPDFR launches. log: http://apaste.info/l16?action=download I also did update spotlight mod.
