The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

copy all police radio file in LSPDFR but when i start the game i hit the F4 and i type in LoadPlugin but there no policeradio in there, i try many time, dont know what to do, please help thank

Does the readme tell you to put all the files in \Plugins\LSPDFR? Are you running the supported version of the RPH? 

yes, on readme it said copy to plugins\lspdft so i did exactly the same so. I dont know what is supported version of RPH

isnt lspdfr load it automaticly because your screenshot said its loaded try to press C

yea i mean, i saw it, it said that but when i try all the hot key, no police radio pop up, i dont know why. I type loadplugins and i couldnt find the police radio

Try doing what the log console said and change the position of the radio (CTRL SHIFT Z) Scroll it up and to the left. It may be outside of your resolution's pixel range.

Furthermore, I recommend keeping only the required files in Plugins/LSPDFR; that's not vehicles.meta and backups. Keep them somewhere else.

I see your getting errors with your WinRar files.

One option to not get the WinRar errors

Right Click WinRar > Extract Files > In that new window look to the Left side where it says "Keep Broken Files" Click that > Save Settings >  Extract the content to a new folder on to your desk top so that you can access the files now.

Another option is to download   http://www.7-zip.org/   That is 7 Zip, should help open RAR riles.
