earlier today a 29 year old man escaped from boewden medium security prision. bowden is located between calgary and a small town called reddear on the 2. this being in canada is a bit different. the cerectional department of canada is doing an evistigation in how this man escaped from prision. This man HAS been cought! just so you americans know canada has little funding into the corectios department.

so what do you guys think the canadian government and the corection department can do to improve this from having agian. that saying i'll link a wiki page listing the institutes in canada and there security rating.
