First off, I've noticed that opening the Police Computer while stopped also activates/deactivates the lightbar, which can be quite annoying. Looked around a bit to see if anyone has reported this, didn't see it so I figured I would point it out.

Secondly, I'm curious to learn about how I might be able to contribute to the development of LSPDFR. Is there an open/available codebase somewhere I can take a look at, or is the devteam closed? If possible I'd love to be able to address my own issue as well as help the mod in moving forwards. Thanks

-The police computer is mapped to the same button as the horn/siren (I think, not 100% sure as I use a controller) so perhaps changing the horn key works, but don't quote me on that.

-The development team (AKA Sam and LMS) is indeed closed, so I'm afraid there's not much you can do to help development.

Your first question: You can change your keybinds in GTA, that might stop your lightbar from turning off/on. Or you can wait until you're able to change the keybinds in LSPDFR (not sure if this will be implemented or not).

As for your second question, you can't be part of the Development Team since i believe only Sam and LMS work with LSPDFR just for security reasons, however you can use the API and create callouts and what not. For that you can check out the API section on the forums to find out more about this.
