Anyone able to get this undercover skin to work? (Looks awesome)

I have tried everything. Everytime I replace a cop with this skin it crashes. I even tried just replacing the clothes and still no luck. Anybody? Or if anybody knows a skin that has jeans please post. Looking to bring another element to my department. All my guys are in uniform. I need some good undercovers. Cheers!
