The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Try going on duty at the station then go off duty see if you crash.

If RagedDrews solution doesn't work then open the RageHook console and type "UnloadPlugin" and select LSPDFR and that shouldn't crash your game but it will be force ending LSPDFR. To reload it then open the console again and type in "LoadPlugin" and then select LSPDFR once again and it will reload it into the game. Hopefully that helps, also seeing your log would be nice!
