The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi, I searched the forums and Google, I only seen one for LCPDFR but that does me no good because I dont have a Diagnostics tool and not on GTA IV, My main question is, How do you change the Name on the Callouts?

You don't have a officer name in the default callouts of LSPDFR. Perhaps you are using a callout mod? If so, please review the readme provided with the mod more careful.
