If you noticed in game, AI will form a line when pursuing suspects. This beats the organized chaos of IV. However, you are rammed out of the way. It would be nice if there were a way to trick the AI in-game to thinking that you were AI as well to be able to take primary in pursuits.

There's no "implementing" as yes or no. It's a matter of the way the coding turns out. They're working on it as much as they can.

honestly with the announcement of the locked police station, in the past didn't think it was possible, am sure anything is possible at this point this when coding the police chases as well.
