I'm sorry if this question was answered before but I used the search and didn't find anything that could help me with my problem.

After I installed the new update and copied some files from the old update.rpf to the new one (yea, I'm not using a mods folder...) including four added vehicles in the mpchristmas2 folder I noticed that two of them can't use their siren and lights. It's like the function isn't enabled somehow. Even the "Lights & Siren" option in the LSPDFR interaction menu isn't there. The models itself, the horn and everything works. I'll add the vehicles.meta so you can have a look for yourself. The ones that work are "Hwaycar" and "Hwaycar2". "fbi3" and "sheriff3" don't work.
