Hello, I have the mod installed and it works, i can become a police office and everything but i cant do pull anyone over or do anything of that matter. I have a xbox controller hooked up to the pc and i play using that and nothing works. If anyone can help me, it would be amazing. 

Saying that something does not work and providing next to no information does not help alleviate the problem. Post your RPH log file, either by recent via screenshot or the log itself both in a Spoiler tag and provide directory screenshots too. We can't really help you out unless you've provided adequate information that may lead to the conflict pertaining to your problem. System specs even, is a good rule of thumb to post in any event.  

Alas, it may just be because of the recent GTA V update conflicting with the latest LSPDFR build. Some people are having mixed results with the latest update of RPH and LSPDFR, some are playing fluently whilst others are just getting nowhere at all and can barely scratch the surface of the startup screen. 

Also, make sure it's a clean install. Absolutely no other mods running (texture mods are the exception). Make sure your latest RPH version is v0.26. Any other version prior to that isn't supported and is no longer working with the recent GTA V update. If you just downloaded LSPDFR the latest download of LSPDFR (i believe, to my knowledge), only contains the RPH version below v0.26, I think it was like RPH v0.22. It was made with that version so it contains only that version, therefore you need to download the recent RPH separately and place those files instead.
