Your problem probably lies right here:

[20.09.2015 19:14:00.585] ERROR: The path "C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPD First Response.dll" does not exist.

Reinstall LSPD first response to the correct directory. You look like your missing files

EDIT: Make sure you reinstall the most recent Ragehook over LSPDFR that so you have the correct version.

Yep, have the same problem, RAgehook loads, I co to the console and write LoadPlugin ''LSPD First Response.dll''.

[2015-09-21 18:49:28.728] Invalid call to console command "LoadPlugin": Parameter count mismatch.

Yesterday it just worked fine...

Best way to find it is to start clean with vanilla 0.2. If it works you have to install mods 1 by 1 until you find out what's causing the crash.

Just don't insult or demeaned big or small efforts because i know that you can't do it so calm down and just watch their awesome work

Well I don't know actually. I typed in "LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll" but it didn't work then I just typed LoadPlugin and chose the LSPD First Response.dll in the suggestion box.

Or You Can Use Tab Button To Write Quickly

Launch GTA via RAGEPluginHook.exe, located in your GTA V directory.

Once GTA V has completely loaded up (you’re in-game), press F4 and type the following: LoadPlugin “LSPD First Response.dll” (you must include the quotation marks!)
The console allows you to autocomplete some commands by highlighting the option you want with the arrow keys and pressing TAB. This makes sure you don't make spelling errors.

Well, it looks like your LSPDFR launches ok now. Since you are still crashing on startup, the problem lies with your 'Mods' folder in your GTA V directory. You will need to delete that and reinstall your car mods, etc. with the updated GTA .rpf files since the new patch.

Yes that is how you start LSPDFR if it is not set to auto-launch on startup. The reason it didn't work is because you had a " before LoadPlugin. You can also look around the website here to add lspdfr and other plugins to your startup.rphs folder so it auto-launches when you start the game.

Ya I kinda just started with the basics.  FinKone and Albo1125 were the top modders so thought I would start with that.   I am gonna add more tutorials later with other Plugins / vehicles etc.
