The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Pursuits not going above 30 mph

Pretty self-explanatory title, for the past two days whenever a pursuit is initiated, it never goes above 30 mph and somehow their vehicles become strangely overpowered.  The only way I can stop the pursuit is to kill the driver.
