Please Help! I Saved the Game While on Duty

Featured Replies

I have tried installing the patch 1.0.7.0 successfully a few times and when I right-click the Launch GTAIV> details > version is still the 0.1.0.0 . I fresh installed like 20 times and deleting the rockstar games directory folders each time. And it just loads the mission that I was on really fast and then crashes to the desktop. I have searched everywhere and I would really appreciate your help. Please reply if you can, thank you.

EDIT: I am using the digital download of the game that I bought from Rockstar.

The save games are not stored in the application directory. They are stored in your local appdata directory.
