Ragehook is not starting. (Sloved)

I am not sure if i should state this issue on LSPDFR or Rage Hook's website , but here is the problem:

I have re-installed GTA V off of steam, and re-installed LSPDFR 0.2b. I have created a short cut on my desktop of the Rage Hook application and when i click on it it does not load up, I have run as administrator applied.

My current rage hook is 0.22.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz

Video Card

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970

Memory

16 GB

Operating System

Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10240), 64-bit
