The only Ragepluginhook that works on my computer is the one that ships with LCPDFR. The newer ones don't work

And this sucks because a lot of the mods need the newer one to work.

When I install it, I make sure to unblock all the files because Windows 8 is a piece of crap, and then I don't get the normal Ragehook messages while the loading screens are on (despite the Ragehook launching the game properly and its pre-game GUI), and then once I'm in the game I can't launch the console. It basically doesn't load at all. I tried disabling the hook into Direct X option to no avail.

 

Why am I the only one it seems this doesn't work for? I would post my log but the problem is that Rage doesn't even write to the log because it never seems to load after the game is launched.
